CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you wish to cancel your order, you MUST notify us PRIOR to the start of production. All orders cancelled prior to the start of
production will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee subject to change without notice. All cancellation requests submitted after production
has begun are at management's discretion and are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 60%. For Personalized Custom Labels and
Personalized Custom Fundraising Documents, once design work has begun, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. If an item you have purchased is
backordered, we will contact you for your instructions on how to fulfill your order. You may either:
1. Wait for your backordered item to become available prior to shipping the entire order.
2. Have the rest of your order ship separate from the backordered item(s) and have the backordered item ship separate when it becomes
available.
3. Replace the backordered item with an item of equal value.
4. Cancel the backordered item from your order for a refund of the amount of the backordered item.
SHIPPING POLICY:
La Lumiere ships nationwide to the United States via UPS and DHL, though we reserve the right to change shipping couriers at any time
without notice. Because our products are custom-made products that are made to order, most orders are shipped within 10-15 business days
with the average usually being seven (12) Business Days. Although we strive to ship our orders as quickly as we can to better serve our
customers, this is subject to change without notice. Christmas season is our peak season, so ship times may be longer during the busy months
leading up to Christmas. No orders ship without payment verification and receipt. We cannot ship orders to a Post Office Box (PO Box).
Although our shopping cart may accept a PO Box as an address during checkout, our shipping courier will not allow it, so your order will be
held in our warehouse until an alternate shipping address can be determined. However, if your order does ship to the PO Box address and is
flagged as undeliverable by our shipping courier, you will incur the fee levied by our courier. This fee typically is $10, however it may change
at any time without notice as it is the fee levied by our shipping courier, not our fee. La Lumiere is not responsible for delays resulting
from our carrier’s service once your order has been transferred to their care. The risk of loss and title to items purchased from
lalumierecandles.com pass to the purchaser upon delivery of said product to our shipping courier. If your order is not received within the
time frame above, please contact us and we will provide tracking information for your order through DHL online.
For international orders, please provide us a shipping agent. We will ship to your shipping agent who will then forward your product to you.
If you cannot provide a shipping agent, we will ship via UPS Worldwide service. International orders using UPS Worldwide in this manner
are subject to a handling fee of $15.00 subject to change without notice. If you are an international customer, please
e-mail us with how you’d like your purchase sent.
If you live in the St. Louis area and would like to pick your order up from our facility and save the shipping charges, you may use the free
shipping voucher 112090204 to place your order online. You may also phone, fax, or e-mail your order to us, and we will make it available for
pick up at the location listed below.
The customer is responsible for the receipt of goods at the time of delivery. If the order is rejected or undeliverable by no fault of La
Lumiere or the shipping courier, the customer is responsible for all charges that may be incurred in the storage and delivery of their goods.
All shipments that are returned to La Lumiere due to refusal to accept or unable to deliver will be subject to a 25% restocking fee subject
to change without notice. Orders with missing and/or inaccurate shipping address information that result in our shipping courier assessing
us a fee to investigate and locate the delivery address are subject to an additional $15 fee. This fee is subject to change without notice and
will be charged to the credit card used to pay for the original order. For orders paid with check, money order, or cashier's check, La Lumiere
management reserves the right to either retrieve this fee through collections or allow the fee to remain as an open balance for assessment
on the customer's next purchase.
PLEASE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION DURING THE HOT SUMMER MONTHS... If you live in a very warm climate, tarts, votives,
and pillars may melt in transit. We will NOT be responsible for melted tarts, votives, and pillars.
RETURN POLICY:
Damaged, Defective, Missing, Wrong Products
La Lumiere takes great care in packing your order to insure that your product arrives in excellent condition. In the unlikely event of damage
during shipping, you will need to save the shipping box, packaging material and product. The shipper may require inspection. It is the
responsibility of the purchaser/customer to inspect their shipment upon arrival. OPEN ALL YOUR PACKAGES IMMEDIATELY AFTER
DELIVERY! Inspect each product carefully for accuracy, leakage, damage and/or missing items. Any defective, damaged, leaking, missing or
wrongly shipped product(s) must be brought to our attention within three (3) Business Days after receipt of delivery for a full refund or
return authorization. If you fail to notify us within three (3) Business Days, you assume responsibility for the delivery and all products
contained therein. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be allowed once the three (3) Business Days grace period has lapsed. Your item(s)
must be returned in the original packaging and be marked with the return authorization number we provide in order to be accepted. Return
packages received without a return authorization or not in the original packaging will be subject to a 25% restocking fee subject to change
without notice.

Every La Lumiere product is made with only the highest quality ingredients, and we take special care in preparing each individual product
sold. All our products have undergone thorough testing by both our staff and our customers. We are confident that you will be satisfied
with our products. However, we highly recommend that prior to purchasing a fragrance you have never tried from us that you purchase a
single item to sample it first. We STRONGLY discourage purchasing large quantities of a fragrance you haven’t previously purchased from
us to prevent ordering a fragrance you are not 100% satisfied with.
If you have purchased a product that for some reason is not what you expected, please notify us within five (5) Business Days and we will
make every attempt to replace and/or exchange it for another similar product. La Lumiere’s management reserves the right to decline
returns and/or exchanges at any time for any reason. No refunds will be allowed for products not meeting your expectations. Buyer is
responsible for return shipping charges and any subsequent shipping charges associated with sending any requested replacement product(s) to
you. If we have not heard from you after five (5 )Business Days, we will assume you are satisfied with your product and will no longer

If you return an item that has been utilized in any way, it will be shipped back to you and you will be charged for return shipping. You must

decline any return/exchange request at any time for any reason. La Lumiere may, at management’s discretion, assign a restocking fee of up

PERSONALIZED CUSTOM LABELS:
All personalized labels designed by and created by La Lumiere and its employees are the property of La Lumiere. As a condition of sale, La
Lumiere extends to the purchaser of each personalized custom label the right and permission to photograph products with their label on them
for the purpose of posting on the Internet and other media to display for sale to their customers. As a condition of sale, La Lumiere
reserves the right to reproduce all labels created by La Lumiere for posting on its website and other media for use as examples for
reference for existing and future customers. All labels designed and created by La Lumiere are protected by United States copyright law
and are not to be reproduced without the express written permission of La Lumiere, except as stated herein.
Once design work has begun on Personalized Custom Labels, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Because La Lumiere respects the privacy of our customers, it is our policy to keep all customer information confidential, including the names
of our customers who purchase our Personalized Custom Label. We will not knowingly release the names of our Personalized Custom Label
customers to anyone for any reason. Personalized Custom Label customers should be aware, though, that all packages shipped from our
facility will have a return address showing 2977 Hwy K Suite 264 O'Fallon, MO 63368 on the package. This is a requirement of our shipping
agent, and cannot be altered. Because of this, La Lumiere will not be responsible if your customers learn that we are your supplier.
Additionally, “La Lumiere” is a legally protected trademark and trade name and as such, no purchaser shall be permitted to represent the
name “La Lumiere” as its own or that it has any ownership in said trademark and/or trade name other than set forth herein. All pictures,
graphics, and logos contained on all pages and sub-pages of this website are copyright protected by La Lumiere and may not be duplicated or
reproduced without express written permission.
PERSONALIZED FUNDRAISING DOCUMENTS:
Customer’s who have not previously purchased La Lumiere’s Personalized Custom Label service prior to the execution of a Fundraising
Agreement will receive brochures and order forms depicting La Lumiere’s logo and name on the forms. If Customer has purchased
La Lumiere's Personalized Custom Label service prior to the execution of a Fundraising Agreement, La Lumiere will modify its stock
brochures and order forms to reflect the Customer’s business name and/or logo at no additional charge. Customer may, at its discretion,
choose to allow La Lumiere to design custom brochures and order forms for use by Customer during fundraising events. In this event,
Customer is solely responsible for all fees associated with design and creation of such forms. The fee for this service shall be a one-time
$60.00 payment, and shall include the initial design proposal and up to four (4) rounds of revisions. Proposals requiring more than four (4)
rounds of revisions shall be billable at $15.00 per hour. Once design work begins, this fee shall be non-refundable. Brochures and order
forms designed by La Lumiere shall remain the property of La Lumiere and are protected under United States copyright law and are not to be
reproduced without the express written permission of La Lumiere, except as stated herein. Such brochures and forms will be kept on file by
La Lumiere for future use by Customer in future fundraising events at no additional cost.
Once design work has begun on personalized fundraising documents, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
All personalized fundraising documents designed by and created by La Lumiere and its employees are the property of La Lumiere. As a
condition of sale, La Lumiere extends to the purchaser of each personalized fundraising document the right and permission to photograph

If you live in the St. Louis area and would like to pick your order up from our facility and save the shipping charges, you may use the free

The customer is responsible for the receipt of goods at the time of delivery. If the order is rejected or undeliverable by no fault of La
Lumiere or the shipping courier, the customer is responsible for all charges that may be incurred in the storage and delivery of their goods.
All shipments that are returned to La Lumiere due to refusal to accept or unable to deliver will be subject to a 25% restocking fee subject
to change without notice. Orders with missing and/or inaccurate shipping address information that result in our shipping courier assessing
us a fee to investigate and locate the delivery address are subject to an additional $15 fee. This fee is subject to change without notice and
will be charged to the credit card used to pay for the original order. For orders paid with check, money order, or cashier's check, La Lumiere
management reserves the right to either retrieve this fee through collections or allow the fee to remain as an open balance for assessment

RETURN POLICY:
Damaged, Defective, Missing, Wrong Products
La Lumiere takes great care in packing your order to insure that your product arrives in excellent condition. In the unlikely event of damage
during shipping, you will need to save the shipping box, packaging material and product. The shipper may require inspection. It is the
responsibility of the purchaser/customer to inspect their shipment upon arrival. OPEN ALL YOUR PACKAGES IMMEDIATELY AFTER
DELIVERY! Inspect each product carefully for accuracy, leakage, damage and/or missing items. Any defective, damaged, leaking, missing or
wrongly shipped product(s) must be brought to our attention within three (3) Business Days after receipt of delivery for a full refund or
return authorization. If you fail to notify us within three (3) Business Days, you assume responsibility for the delivery and all products
contained therein. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be allowed once the three (3) Business Days grace period has lapsed. Your item(s)
must be returned in the original packaging and be marked with the return authorization number we provide in order to be accepted. Return

sold. All our products have undergone thorough testing by both our staff and our customers. We are confident that you will be satisfied
with our products. However, we highly recommend that prior to purchasing a fragrance you have never tried from us that you purchase a
single item to sample it first. We STRONGLY discourage purchasing large quantities of a fragrance you haven’t previously purchased from

If you have purchased a product that for some reason is not what you expected, please notify us within five (5) Business Days and we will

responsible for return shipping charges and any subsequent shipping charges associated with sending any requested replacement product(s) to

If you return an item that has been utilized in any way, it will be shipped back to you and you will be charged for return shipping. You must

decline any return/exchange request at any time for any reason. La Lumiere may, at management’s discretion, assign a restocking fee of up

for the purpose of posting on the Internet and other media to display for sale to their customers. As a condition of sale, La Lumiere
reserves the right to reproduce all labels created by La Lumiere for posting on its website and other media for use as examples for
reference for existing and future customers. All labels designed and created by La Lumiere are protected by United States copyright law
and are not to be reproduced without the express written permission of La Lumiere, except as stated herein.
Once design work has begun on Personalized Custom Labels, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Because La Lumiere respects the privacy of our customers, it is our policy to keep all customer information confidential, including the names
of our customers who purchase our Personalized Custom Label. We will not knowingly release the names of our Personalized Custom Label

PERSONALIZED FUNDRAISING DOCUMENTS:
Customer’s who have not previously purchased La Lumiere’s Personalized Custom Label service prior to the execution of a Fundraising
Agreement will receive brochures and order forms depicting La Lumiere’s logo and name on the forms. If Customer has purchased
La Lumiere's Personalized Custom Label service prior to the execution of a Fundraising Agreement, La Lumiere will modify its stock
brochures and order forms to reflect the Customer’s business name and/or logo at no additional charge. Customer may, at its discretion,
choose to allow La Lumiere to design custom brochures and order forms for use by Customer during fundraising events. In this event,
Customer is solely responsible for all fees associated with design and creation of such forms. The fee for this service shall be a one-time
$60.00 payment, and shall include the initial design proposal and up to four (4) rounds of revisions. Proposals requiring more than four (4)
rounds of revisions shall be billable at $15.00 per hour. Once design work begins, this fee shall be non-refundable. Brochures and order
forms designed by La Lumiere shall remain the property of La Lumiere and are protected under United States copyright law and are not to be
reproduced without the express written permission of La Lumiere, except as stated herein. Such brochures and forms will be kept on file by
La Lumiere for future use by Customer in future fundraising events at no additional cost.
